Strategic Leadership and Decision-Making in a Global Environment (LE72)
Senior leaders operate in increasingly complex environments where effective leadership requires more than managing people and resources. They must establish clear direction, make sound strategic decisions, respond to technological and market change, operate effectively across organisational and geographical boundaries, and create the conditions for innovation and collaboration.
This course develops the leadership perspective and decision-making capabilities required to navigate these challenges. Participants will examine the role and impact of leadership within organisations, explore the strategic implications of AI, and consider how organisations can operate effectively within a global environment. They will also examine how leaders can foster innovation, respond to change and strengthen problem-solving and decision-making within their teams.
Across the five days, the programme brings together leadership, strategy, technology, innovation and practical decision-making, enabling participants to consider how these interconnected areas influence organisational performance and their effectiveness as leaders.
This course is designed for senior managers, experienced leaders and professionals with responsibility for leading teams, functions or business units within complex and changing organisational environments.
It is particularly relevant for those involved in strategic leadership and decision-making who need to respond effectively to technological developments, innovation and changing global business conditions. The course will also benefit managers preparing for broader leadership responsibilities who wish to strengthen their strategic perspective and their ability to make and facilitate effective decisions.
