Trusted by Organisations. Valued by Delegates
We work with corporate, government and institutional organisations to support leadership, management and professional development.
From individual course nominations to tailored programmes for teams, the strongest measure of our work is the organisations that return, the people who take part and the feedback they leave behind.
Chevron
Chevron is one of the world’s largest integrated energy companies, with a long-standing presence in Nigeria through Chevron Nigeria Limited and interests across the country’s oil and gas sector.
Across 2025 and 2026, Chevron Nigeria professionals developed capability across six course families, with the strongest concentration in Leadership and Human Resources. Around that core, learning extended into innovation, communication, management and emerging areas such as AI.
The pattern reflects a broad people-development agenda: strengthening established leadership and talent priorities while responding to newer workplace challenges and ways of working.
Building People Capability for a Changing Workplace
– People Were the Priority: 71% of participation sat in Leadership and HR, pointing to a strong focus on leading people, coaching performance and strengthening how talent is developed.
– Leadership Was the Anchor, Not the Whole Story: 41% of responses came from Leadership programmes, while HR development extended that focus into employee relations, organisational development, training needs and analytics.
– The Portfolio Is Moving With the Workplace: Alongside those core people priorities, AI, data, innovation and communication entered the mix — showing development expanding from established leadership needs into newer ways of working.
