Competencies

This course focuses on how to motivate and engage people in a way that directly improves performance. Many organisations invest heavily in engagement, but struggle to translate it into measurable results. This session addresses that gap by equipping participants with practical ways to connect motivation, engagement, and performance outcomes. Participants will learn how to create the conditions where individuals are motivated to perform at their best, align personal drivers with organisational goals, and build a working environment that sustains high levels of engagement over time.

This course is designed for managers and team leaders who want to improve team performance by increasing motivation, engagement, and accountability.
