Competencies

Many organisations are not short of effort — they are constrained by how work is structured, prioritised, and led. Leaders often unintentionally create overload, duplication, and inefficiency through unclear priorities, poor workflow design, and a lack of ownership. This programme moves beyond understanding productivity challenges to focus on what leaders will actively change. Participants will diagnose where capacity is being lost and take accountability for improving how work is prioritised, designed, and delivered. Using a set of practical tools, participants will identify what to stop, what to redesign, and what to lead differently to unlock capacity without increasing pressure or burnout.

This course is designed for senior leaders, operational managers, and HR professionals responsible for team performance, resource allocation, and delivery — particularly those looking to move beyond “doing more” and instead improve how work actually works.
