How do I book an LMC open course?
You can book an LMC open course directly through our website by clicking Reserve a Seat and completing the booking form. A member of our team will then contact you to guide you through the next steps.

Your booking will be passed to our customer support team and processed within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).
Please note: all corporate bookings must be formally confirmed by your HR or training department.
What happens when I Reserve a Seat on the website?
You will receive an email confirming that we have received your reservation. Our customer support team will then be in touch within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) to assist you with the next steps and complete your course booking.
Do I pay a reservation fee when I book a course online?
There is no reservation fee when you reserve a seat online. Payment information is provided below.
When do I need to pay?
Payment is required six weeks prior to the commencement of the programme. For further information, please see our Terms and Conditions or Contact us.
How can I pay for my course?
Payments may be made via bank-transfer.
LMC’s bank details are detailed on our invoices. Copy of our bank details are available upon request.
Can I get a discount on multiple bookings?
LMC offers a number of schemes to suit different clients, such as a discount on a group nomination or corporate membership. For more information, please contact our customer support team via email training@lmcuk.com or call +442077246007.
Can I send a replacement delegate?
LMC will accept a substitute delegate for any delegate that may be prevented from attending a designated programme. The change and new details must be communicated to LMC prior to the commencement of the programme. It is important that the replacement delegate is of an appropriate level to the course being attended.
What are the cancellation and transfer policies?
We regret that a fee must be charged when confirmed bookings are cancelled or transferred to future dates and that change is notified to us within 4 weeks of the start date of the programme. A substitute may be notified but if a substitute cannot be found, fees will be held on account towards future bookings subject to the following:
- 100% will be held on account towards future bookings if the cancellation is
notified 4 weeks or more before the starting date. - 50% will be held on account towards future bookings if the cancellation is
between 2-4 weeks before the starting date. - 100% cancellation fees is applicable if notice of cancellation is given less
than 2 weeks prior to the starting date.
What happens if LMC decides to cancel a course?
LMC will only cancel a course when unforeseen circumstances arise. We will immediately send you a notification in writing, and will offer you a place on the next available/suitable course.
