Course Booking

How do I book an LMC open course?

You can book an LMC open course directly on our website, by clicking Reserve a Seat and filling in the booking form.

Alternatively, you can also book a course via email training@lmcuk.com or call +442077246007.

Your booking will then be passed on to our customer support and processed within 24 hours. Please note: all corporate bookings will require formal confirmation from your HR/training department.

What happens when I Reserve a Seat on the website?

You will receive a confirmation email that we have received your reservation and will process it within 24 hours. Our customer support then will contact you regarding your reservation to assist in course booking.

Do I pay a reservation fee when I book a course online?

There is no reservation fee when you reserve a seat online. Payment information is provided below.

When do I need to pay?

Payment is required six weeks prior to the commencement of the programme. For further information, please see our Terms and Conditions or Contact us.

How can I pay for my course?

Payments may be made via bank-transfer or by cheque.

LMC's bank details are detailed on our invoices. Copy of our bank details are available upon request. 

Cheque’s should be made payable to London Management Centre PLC.

Can I get a discount on multiple bookings?

LMC offers a number of schemes to suit different clients, such as a discount on a group nomination or corporate membership. For more information, please contact our customer support team via email training@lmcuk.com or call +442077246007.

Can I send a replacement delegate?

LMC will accept a substitute delegate for any delegate that may be prevented from attending a designated programme. The change and new details must be communicated to LMC prior to the commencement of the programme.

Course Cancellation

What are the cancellation and transfer policies?

We regret that a fee must be charged when confirmed bookings are cancelled or transferred to future dates. Any change must be notified to us within 4 weeks of the start date of the course. A substitute may be notified, but if a substitute cannot be found, refunds will be made as follows:

  • 100% of the fee if the cancellation is notified 4 weeks or more before the start date
  • 50% of the fee if the cancellation is between 2-4 weeks before the start date
  • No refund if notice of cancellation is given less than 2 weeks prior to the start date

What happens if LMC decides to cancel a course?

LMC will only cancel a course when unforeseen circumstances arise. We will immediately send you a notification in writing, and will offer you a place on the next available/suitable course.
