Introduction

As a people manager or as a human resources professional, supporting a team and helping them to manage their performance and deliver high impact results is a key skill. 

This course has been designed to introduce delegates to all aspects of the performance management cycle and its links to strategy.   It will provide the skills and tools to benchmark and measure performance, while learning how KPI’s can help to manage performance at an individual, department or organisational level. 

Delegates will also develop the tools and techniques to communicate with greater impact to their teams and provide feedback that will ensure continuous improvement and development.
