This course will equip delegates with the skills to effectively plan, manage, implement and deliver projects and large-scale tasks for themselves or for senior stakeholders.
Delegates will discover techniques for conducting feasibility studies, project scoping, creating schedules including milestones and deadlines, time estimation techniques, monitoring and controlling progress, managing project teams, and project handover and evaluation.
