Our Commitment to Quality

LMC’s primary focus is on learning and development with a true focus on quality, innovation and creativity. In depth personal feedback along with an open atmosphere at LMC puts participants at ease and encourages them to self-assess their strengths and weaknesses honestly. Daily assessments, practical exercises, role-plays and games are carried out in collaboration with participants not forced on them. 

Different Trainer Every Day

As part of our innovative approach to training, LMC exposes delegates to a different trainer every day. LMC consists of a diverse team of consultants and trainers with strong global experience. Our faculty have first-hand knowledge of leading and working with multinational corporations, international financial institutions and top Universities. Their combination of outstanding research records and strong professional backgrounds ensures participants are exposed to the latest thinking and the most innovative practices in business.

Post Course Support Service

LMC believes that effective learning and development is an on-going and continuous journey. As such we are the only training provider in the world to offer our clients a Post Course Support Service at NO EXTRA CHARGE. Upon completion of an LMC event, should a delegate experience any difficulties in implementing the new skills and techniques they have acquired, we will ensure that they receive the needed support. This can be in the form of additional material, case studies and publications.  If the matter is urgent we will arrange for our consultants to contact them directly to offer assistance, advice and guidance until the issue is rectified. 

Fully Committed

Due to our extensive accreditations LMC is required to monitor attendance on a daily basis. As such delegates are issued with a unique ID card and we utilise the latest technology to monitor attendance and ensure that delegates are fully committed to the course.  We strongly advise delegates to make certain that they have no other commitments while at LMC.

Achievement Certificate

Delegates are awarded an achievement certificate based on active participation and full time attendance. LMC trainers assess delegates on a daily basis to ensure that they are engaging with the learning process and partaking in the various practical activities taking place during the course. Accordingly we restrict the number of delegates attending each event to 15 thus ensuring that there is ample opportunity to ask questions, take part in discussions and compare experiences.
