Salma is an accomplished global facilitator, trainer and coach. Her specialisms include programme design, unconscious bias/leveraging difference, psychometric testing, executive/performance coaching, and leadership and management development.
She has extensive experience working with corporate, public and charitable organisations both in the UK and globally. Currently she designs and delivers for global clients in the technology, insurance, finance, health and academic sectors. She has successfully facilitated numerous gender specific leadership programmes for several global corporations and has a track record of success in facilitating sustained behavioural change in organisations using a range of approaches and interventions.
She firmly believes in learning by doing ensuring her sessions are interactive, challenging and engaging. Her belief in human potential drives her to deliver thought provoking, practical programmes which challenge fixed mindsets and encourages open minds to truly flourish!
Salma has worked extensively with senior women across the globe as they step into and further develop their leadership presence, impact and function.
Academically she holds an MSc in International Business and a First Class BA (Hons) in Business. Professionally, Salma is a licensed practitioner of numerous psychometric instruments and is BPS Level A and B certified.
In her spare time she can often be found doing one of three things, photography, hosting dinner events or working on her allotment.
