Working at a senior level, Russell was responsible for managing large teams to deliver demanding sales targets. As a qualified coach, since moving into consultancy, he has been able to use his “hands on” experience to help individuals and teams achieve their true potential.
Russell’s passion is getting people fully engaged in their work and helping organisations achieve a culture for success. He has been involved in leading a number of high profile, culture change programmes and has worked extensively in the private, public and charity sectors.
As an accomplished facilitator, Russell regularly delivers workshops and conferences and has worked with a range of blue chip clients to design and deliver training programmes. He specialises in management and leadership training and recent programmes include sales skills, culture change, customer service, team working and team development.
