Nicola’s experience in business, gained over the past 24 years and starting as an Executive Trainee at Harrods in London, allows her to bring a wealth of knowledge, understanding and ‘know-how’ to a range of Management and Leadership issues. Her client base extends from large corporate clients to Universities, not-for-profit organisations and everything in between.

Global organisations Nicola has worked with include BP Exploration and BP Chemicals, AT&T, Barclays Corporate, Glaxo Smith Kline and EBSCO Information Services. She advises and supports several UK based Universities including Goldsmiths in London and the Universities of Surrey, Sussex and Kent.

As a senior consultant and director of two companies, Nicola has traveled around the globe providing executive coaching and training at all levels. She develops programmes which are specifically tailored to the objectives and strategy of the clients business.

Nicola is an enthusiastic and dynamic trainer who ensures every individual in her group gains a special experience when they are with her. Her challenging of delegates is done in a perceptive and engaging way to ensure people feel comfortable and positive in their sessions, and at the same time learn and develop their skills and attributes.
