Niamh has 25 years of experience as a qualified HR professional and leadership coach, specialising in the design and delivery of leadership training programmes and executive coaching at all levels, for the purpose of organisational development and culture change. Niamh is passionate about employee engagement and customer loyalty and is a highly effective facilitator.

Niamh has worked across the globe for clients including Shell, DHL, ADT, Barclays Bank, Nestle and Diageo, and she appreciates the challenge of inspiring managers and leaders to make a difference in any business. She has substantial experience and expertise in helping teams and individuals to develop their people skills and communication styles in order to achieve results and realise their full career potential. Niamh has worked extensively in the Far East, the USA, the Middle East and Europe. 

Qualifications include a Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel & Catering Management from Surrey University.
