Michelle is a Senior Training Professional, having over 20 years’ experience of delivering successful training interventions, and completion of all elements of the training cycle. Her clients are extremely varied, including the NHS, Councils, Civil Service, a number of banks and other commercial organisations. Passionate about continually enhancing her own skills, as well as her delegates, she is currently undertaking additional accredited qualifications in management and coaching.

Michelle is accustomed to delivering results in the ever changing world of financial services, as she has a strong background in that environment. 

In 14 years as a Senior Training Manager, She has led director sponsored training and development that reached over 1000 sales staff, along with regional and head office support teams. The main focus was on improving sales targets, sales processes, along with excellent management approaches.

Michelle regularly designs and delivers training workshops for a wide range of clients. Recent programmes include Effective Principles of Leadership and Management, Engaging your Team, Maximising Your Efficiency, and Coaching Skills.

Michelle is accustomed to delivering programs to increase motivation and develop skills, consistently exceeding desired results in challenging situations. She creates an interactive learning environment, allowing practical illustrations to “hit the mark”, creating that light-bulb moment!
