Lois has worked within the learning and development arena for over 20 years and was formerly a training manager for the travel company, TUI UK.

She has a passion for helping people tap into and maximise their potential.  Through her excellent interpersonal and communication skills, she is able to establish credibility and build relationships quickly at all levels.

Lois has designed and delivered management development, leadership and personal effectiveness training programmes in the UK and overseas.  During 2009-2011, she delivered open courses for a range of oil and gas companies in Tripoli, Libya and provided bespoke training for BP Libya and the Libyan Land Registry.  Lois has also delivered management development training in Kuwait for Kuwait Petroleum Corporation and for a range of organisations throughout Europe.

In the UK, some of Lois’ clients have included: O2, GlaxoSmithKline, the Intercontinental Hotel Group, Santander, American Airlines, Fulham Football Club, Wates Construction, the Government Digital Service and Comic Relief.

Lois’ approach is empathetic, engaging and facilitative.  She believes in creating an informal and enjoyable learning experience so that attendees leave her courses feeling motivated and confident to make a positive difference back in the workplace.

Lois is a member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development) and CAPD (Corporate Association for Professional Development).  She is accredited in Situational Leadership, MBTI, DiSC and Facet5 and is also a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
