Following a successful Military career spanning almost 28-years, Keith brings his ‘real life’ leadership experience to clients through training programs, workshops, seminars and team events. His vocational knowledge is underpinned with high-level qualifications in Leadership and Management Development at Masters’ level. Additionally, Keith holds a number of behavioural and psychometric practitioner qualifications such as, Myers-Briggs, Belbin Team Roles and the Inventory for Work Attitude and Motivation (iWAM).
Keith has developed a range of change management and stakeholder engagement products aimed specifically for Technologists, the pilot of which was commissioned by BP to whom Keith delivered in Texas and the UK. Following its success, Keith also delivered the product range worldwide to clients such as the Government of Newfoundland, Air New Zealand in Auckland, Thales in London and HP Slovakia in Bratislava.
More recently, Keith has been part of the delivery team of an award winning portfolio of Customer Service and Leadership programs to Europe’s largest retailer, Tesco. Keith has also coached clients worldwide and has received a number of endorsements for his work.
