Jonathan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and over the last 15 years his career has included work with blue chip organisations such as The Walt Disney Company, News International and Google.

Jonathan has empowered individuals and teams to understand the importance and value of Performance Management in the workplace. Amongst his impressive academic achievements, Jonathan is conducting ground breaking research for his PhD at the London School of Economics and completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education. Jonathan combines his professional expertise with academic rigour to deliver high impact workshops and training seminars designed to meet the changing demands of global business professionals. 

Delegates often describe his training style as friendly and engaging with a clear bias towards action.  As a member of our team, Jonathan regularly designs and delivers training workshops for a range of blue chip clients across the globe. Recent programmes include Modern Management Skills, Persuasive Communication & Negotiation Skills and Strategic People Management for Improved Performance.
