Ian Connolly, Global Trainer

Energetic Learning and Development professional with extensive global experience in many blue chip multi-national companies in a number of sectors. An excellent and result driven facilitator and consultant with the ability to challenge people to make the changes they need to implement. 

With experience in over 100 countries (including most of the Middle East and Africa) Ian has delivered systems training, soft-skills and leadership development programmes. 

Ian has been awarded numerous training and development qualifications including: Myers Briggs Type Indicator, DISC, Insight, FIRO-B, Pro-Coach, Instructional Design and Paradox Management. 

In his career as a senior Learning and Development Manager in Dell Computers he was responsible for developing executives across a global curriculum.  More recently, Ian established much of the management development curriculum for one of the world’s largest media companies, British Sky Broadcasting.

A particular area of focus for Ian is assisting senior managers approach organisational problems in new light.  He has delivered graduate development programmes to international development organisations
