Bob’s area of speciality focuses on Supply Chain management in a wide range of industries including Oil and Gas, Chemicals and Materials, Confectionery and Textiles. Over the last 35 years his career has encompassed Global Organisations such as Mars Ltd, ConocoPhillips, DuPont and Invista, with assignments in Belgium, Switzerland and Singapore as well as the UK. His early experience was in UK Local Government where he participated in a management training programme prior to joining industry as an Organisation and Methods analyst.

Bob has achieved outstanding results whilst managing large teams in Europe, Asia Pacific and the US, as well as extensive experience in managing Business Improvement, Logistics and Supply Chain projects. During his time at ConocoPhillips, Bob was responsible for introducing and delivering a Career development programme to Technical, Engineering, Administrative and Finance staff in the UK, and values the experience that this assignment brought to him, and those who participated in the programme.

Bob holds a Masters degree in Public Sector Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
