He specialises in helping leaders and managers adapt their behaviour to have the best impact on others in order to drive high performance.
He has considerable experience in designing and implementing 360 degree feedback assessment, and coaching individuals to act on the results. His approach highlights the importance of exploring the motivation to act, and the benefits for the individual, their organisation and customers.
Andy’s expertise also includes the design and delivery of leadership and culture change programmes for global companies in the Financial, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Logistics industries.
Clients include: Barclays, HSBC, London Underground, The City of Westminster, NHS, Deutshe Post DHL, Johnson & Johnson and BskyB. He has worked extensively in the UK, Europe, USA, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
Qualifications include a Masters Degree in Management Learning and an MSc in Counselling. Andy is an accredited practitioner in NLP and administrator of MBTI and Firo-B psychometric tests. His training style is described by clients as inclusive, facilitative and respectfully challenging.
