Andrea is a training consultant, facilitator and coach with 10 years Retail Management experience and 15 years Training and HR Management experience gained whilst working for leading global retailer the Arcadia Group.

Since becoming a Training Consultant in 2003 she has enjoyed working with a diverse range of large private sector organisations within the automotive, business services, food and drink, financial, insurance, manufacturing, medical, media, pharmaceutical and retail industries. She has also worked within the public sector, and has worked with many local government and civil service departments. In addition to this, she also enjoys working with and sharing her business knowledge and expertise with SME’s and new business start-ups.

Andrea works with management and staff at all levels in organisations and has an informal yet structured, pragmatic and fun style of delivery. Her training style is often described by delegates as being engaging, interesting, motivating and supportive. Some of the companies she has worked with over the past 10 years include BMW, Compass Group, Eli Lilly pharmaceuticals, Tesco, and Virgin Media.

Since becoming a Training consultant, she has developed a keen interest in leadership and management training and enjoys working with managers at all levels helping them become more self-aware and effective in engaging their people. She also enjoys the immense satisfaction that comes from delivering personal development skills training courses and coaching individuals on a one to one basis to build their skills and confidence. Having started her career in the retail industry where teamwork, customer service and sales are a priority, she has delivered many large scale team building events as well as customer service and sales training programmes over the years and these still remain areas of training that she has a great passion for.
