Arriving to LMC

Will LMC help me obtain a UK visa?

Overseas delegates from certain countries may require a UK entry visa. Please note that in accordance with the revised guidelines for Student Visitors (Immigration Rules 56K-56M) London Management Centre has achieved full accreditation by British Accreditation Council, proof of which can be found on the BAC website (www.the-bac.org). Upon receipt of the course fees, LMC will provide an official invitation letter which can be submitted to the relevant embassy/consulate.

Can you assist me with my travel arrangements?

While all delegates are required to book their flights to and from London either directly or through their organisation, our customer support team will be happy to help you with reconfirmation of return journey airline tickets. We are also happy to provide you with information on trains, buses, taxi and car hire as well as trips and visits during your stay with LMC.

Can LMC book accommodation for me?

Our customer support team will be happy to assist delegates in finding suitable accommodation. We can offer exclusive rates with various hotels situated within walking distance of the training centre. For a complete list of hotels, please click here

How do I get to London from Heathrow Airport?

LMC offers a complimentary limousine transfer for all overseas delegates from Heathrow Airport to Central London. To book your airport transfer, please email us at training@lmcuk.com.

When will I receive the joining instructions?

Joining instructions will be sent to your training department and, where available, your email address, approximately ten days before the course start date.

What will I find in my joining instructions?

Joining instructions confirm all details of the course, including the venue address, contact phone numbers, the daily schedule, dress code and an accommodation list for your consideration.

Training at LMC

What time does the course start and end daily?

Registration takes place on the first day of training between 8:30 am and 8:45 am

All LMC open courses in London start at 9:00 am.

Trainer-led sessions conclude at 2:30 pm.

After a Trainer-led session, delegates are free to join our daily activities sessions where they can utilise our LMC library, review day's topics and prepare for the next training day.

Graduation takes place on the last day of training. The time of graduation will be confirmed upon arrival.

Which course materials are provided?

Delegates attending our training events will receive a soft copy of all presentations and case studies delivered by our trainers and consultants during the programme, as well as supporting reference material which will cover the content of the chosen course.

Do I receive a certificate after attending an LMC course?

At the end of the course, an achievement certificate will be awarded on the basis of active participation and full time attendance. With this in mind and to avoid disappointment, delegates are advised to make sure that they have no other commitments for the duration of the course.

How many people will be attending the training course?

Group sizes are limited to maximum 16 delegates to allow ample time for debate, discussion and group interaction.

What is the dress code at LMC?

Our programmes constitute a gathering of business people. Therefore, business attire or national dress is most commonly worn.

Are refreshments included in the course fee?

Light refreshments and a buffet lunch prepared by our resident chef are available during all LMC events. If you require a special diet or vegetarian meal, please inform our customer support team in advance.

Can I access the internet once I am at LMC?

Free Wi-Fi and internet stations are available to all LMC delegates at our training centre.

Are there language requirements?

The course will be conducted in English. To take full advantage of participation, delegates must demonstrate a good command of the English language.

Do you organise any sightseeing tours?

LMC offers all delegates a complimentary sightseeing tour ticket. It provides the perfect opportunity for delegates to familiarise themselves with London's famous attractions and the wealth of architectural and cultural landmarks to enjoy around the city.

Are there any recreation facilities near the training centre area?

Delegates attending LMC programmes can enjoy the use of the recreation centre located opposite the training venue, equipped with full leisure facilities such as a gym, sauna, squash, basketball, aerobics, swimming pool etc.
