Finacial performance measures

Processes and techniques that enable organisations to assess the profitability, debt capacity and financial risk faced by the business. These measures look at five different areas: liquidity, solvency, profitability, financial efficiency ratios and repayment capacity. Analysing these areas enables organisations to ensure that the business is stable, solid and able to react to changing market conditions.
