Interviewing

A formalised conversation of questions and answers between two parties wishing to exchange ideas and information towards a common purpose. The interviewer prepares questions in advance and the interviewee prepares for the questions that might come up. The interviewer dictates the structuring of the process and could follow tight procedure or a more conversational approach.
