Budget Control Report (BCR)

A report detailing the processes and activities of budgetary control. The report is used to increase efficiency through a reduction of processing costs and achievement of budgetary goals. The BCR covers the preparation of budgets, an analysis of actual over budgetary performance and any budget revisions that may be necessary due to changing conditions.
