Clarkson Principles for Stakeholder Management

A set of seven principles for the successful management of individuals or groups of people with significant vested interests in the business. The seven principles broadly cover the three main areas of: monitoring, listening/communicating and adjusting behaviour or attitudes, all based on concessions to the various values of each individual stakeholder and the stakeholders as a group.
