Bullying

A harmful behaviour involving physical and/or psychological damage being purposefully inflicted on one individual or group by another. Bullying is usually characterised by repeatedly creating situations where victims feel persecuted and disempowered to defend themselves. Bullying in the workplace can lead to stress, unhappiness and decreased productivity.
