Belbin's Team Roles

A tool that identifies nine separate roles based on characteristic behaviour observed within individuals working in group situations. The roles look at the behaviour in terms of the strengths and weaknesses it brings to the group, which in turn enables managers to maintain a behavioural or skills balance within teams.
