Building Rapport

The process of developing a close understanding and greater communication between two or more individuals or companies. Building rapport is a mutually beneficial process which brings power, simplicity, effectiveness and enjoyment to an existing relationship. The process involves both parties listening, understanding, showing empathy, clarifying detail and showing interest by discussing factors beyond the immediate topic of debate.
