Scenario Planning

A strategic management tool for understanding the nature and impact of uncertain and important driving forces affecting an organisation. Conducted via group analysis, it encourages knowledge exchange and the development and understanding of the central business issues. The goal is to create scenarios by extrapolating uncertain and heavily influencing driving forces. The scenarios, together with the discussion and analysis, increase knowledge of the business environment and widens the participants' perception of possible future events.
