Goal Setting

A planning tool where organisations establish, in writing, exact short-term, intermediate-term and long-term goals. Goals are designed to be reasonably attainable and progress is periodically evaluated. The success of goalsetting relies on the efficient use of various resources such as people, time, money and technology.
