Leadership

Influencing, directing and providing vision for individuals within a group or organisation with a view to wholly aligning individual goals with those of the wider group, organisation or project strategy. The process of leadership is closely related to management but fundamentally differs by not being involved in the methodology of implementation of the goals it has set. Good leadership shows people and organisations the right direction to move in, whereas management shows them how to do so.
