objectives
To plan and implement a systematic approach to training and enable participants to focus on the skills and knowledge required to manage training needs.
The programme will also explore the core competencies necessary to: identify training needs, design training programmes, write instructional objectives, conduct the training sessions and evaluate the effectiveness of training.
Experiential learning is a key component of this programme and delegates are invited to bring a project or assignment to work on during the programme.
