Inspirational leadership is about the skills of motivating people to achieve high standards of performance. It takes special skills to inspire people to perform at a high level on a regular basis. As part of these special skills, an inspirational leader should also be able to facilitate creativity and innovation in an organisation. This course gives participants the know-how to build a high-performance and high-trust culture through inspirational leadership.
