Business Process Management and Change

Colin Chambers
Business Process Management (BPM) requires organisations to assess their appetite and capacity for change, agree on the envisaged end state and construct a strategic roadmap to facilitate the transition from the current state to the vision of the end state. The planning and implementation process can only start once the big picture is established. This interactive course will provide delegates with the understanding and knowledge needed to evaluate BPM within a work environment. Based on the outcome, delegates will be able to divide the business into processes instead of functions and manage how they operate and interact.

This challenging course is a must for business and IT strategists and managers involved in process-based change, process-managed organisations and orchestrated process solutions. It is also well suited for those with process experience and the responsibility to make it happen.
