Stuart Esworthy
LLB (Hons), MA, FIPD, MIMgt
Stuart’s specialty is implementing new management strategies – from designing reward systems to delivering high performance leadership training and coaching. He has used his skills to great effect in organisations and bluechip companies like BAA, Merrill Lynch, Nationwide Building Society and Barclaycard. Harnessing his legal and organisational knowledge, his HR interests are in change management, psychometrics and coaching. He is also pioneering the fusion of theatrical techniques with mainstream management development work.
