Russell Caird
ACIB, DipM, MBA, PHD
Russell has a wealth of experience in the Financial Services industry having spent over 25 years in retail and corporate banking.
Working at a senior level, Russell was responsible for managing large teams and has been able to use this “hands on” experience to help individuals and teams achieve their true potential.
Russell is highly professional. He has a relaxed and informal approach but retains a clear focus on delivering measurable outcomes. As an accomplished facilitator, Russell regularly designs and delivers training workshops for a range of blue chip clients. Recent programmes include advanced sales and negotiation skills, planning, customer service, and team development.
Russell strongly believes that the key to making a step change in performance is for people to be fully engaged.....hearts and minds.
