Rick Martin
BA, ACIB, CMIPD, FPC
Rick has a broad base of experience both in industry-banking, insurance and retail as well as the academic world of professional education and training. He has worked extensively in the field of Management and HR training for personnel professionals and has delivered programmes for the Institute of Leadership and Management, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the British Institute of Facilities Management.
He has worked independently as a training consultant and been involved in both writing and delivering bespoke management training programmes. He is also a qualified business coach and works in this capacity with a number of clients from many industry sectors including Shell Oil, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Lloyds TSB.
