JJ Lynch
MSc, BEd (Hons)
JJ specialises in motivational leadership, people development and organisational change.
He has wide experience as a senior leadership consultant and an engaging style of delivery. He is an accomplished keynote speaker and regularly delivers keynote addresses on a wide range of leadership issues across both the private and public sectors.
JJ has been extensively involved as an assessor in the appointments process for senior leaders in the public sector. He has gained wide experience in the field of event management as MD of his own event management company.
