Cancellation and Transfer Policy

We regret that a fee must be charged when confirmed bookings are cancelled or
transferred to future dates and that change is notified to us within 4 weeks of the
start date of the programme. A substitute may be notified but if a substitute
cannot be found, fees will be held on account towards future bookings subject to
the following:

• 100% will be held on account towards future bookings if the cancellation is
notified 4 weeks or more before the starting date.

• 50% will be held on account towards future bookings if the cancellation is
between 2-4 weeks before the starting date.

• 100% cancellation fees is applicable if notice of cancellation is given less
than 2 weeks prior to the starting date.

 

Value Added Tax (VAT)

Please note that Value Added Tax (VAT) is applicable to all courses delivered by London Management Centre in the UK. The current standard rate of VAT in the UK is 20%.

VAT is a consumption tax levied on the sale of goods and services, including educational and training programs.

As a registered business, LMC are obligated to charge VAT on our courses in accordance with UK tax regulations. Please note that VAT rates are subject to change, and we advise checking the latest updates from HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) for the most accurate information.

The VAT amount will be clearly displayed and included in the total price of each course on our invoice.
