Frank Salisbury
MPhil, DMS
Frank specialises in management development, coaching, sales process, design and sales training. He has had over fifteen years’ experience with Abbey National that included developing personnel policy and training procedures and delivering change programmes. His indepth knowledge of the financial services sector has been drawn from projects for banks and building societies. Frank has written several books and magazine articles including Developing Managers as Coaches: A Trainer’s Guide published by McGraw-Hill.
